Kundalini is a powerful yoga which ancestral practice is based both on a physical and a spiritual level. With static and dynamic postures, including deep breathing exercises, this type of yoga incorporates deep relaxation to the gong and a final meditation which is the nectar of the practice. These meditations can be silent or chanted from particular mantras.
